Environmentally Simulating Surroundings




The already progressive town of Snohomish, WA just got a little more inviting due to the addition of Grilla Bites, the organic franchise that has gained a reputation for itself in both California and Oregon. The Snohomish location is owned by Anne Dottai, a Bastyr University graduate and long time nutritionist. Anne opened Grilla Bites so that she could work in an environment more sustaining and reach a broader spectrum of people with quality ingredients that promote positive health for humans and the environment simultaneously. 


Her benches are salvaged church pews and the beautiful fir bead board you see lining her organic salad bar are also a Second Use find. Anne has taken the “green” concept beyond what even the most environmentally friendly business has.
